Python download file from url if not exist

Download HumbleBundle books. This is a quick Python script I wrote to download HumbleBundle books in batch. I bought the amazing Machine Learning by O'Reilly bundle.There were 15 books to download, with 3 different file formats per book.

If I have a list of URLs separated by \n, are there any options I can pass to wget to download all the URLs and save them to the current directory, but only if the files don't already exist?
